How It Works
With every transaction closed, Scott Bascom personally sets aside $100 into the Cares Fund. This means that each successful closing not only celebrates growth but also strengthens our collective safety net, ensuring that when one of us needs help, the support is already there. In 2024 alone, we proudly closed 118 transactions, a milestone that goes beyond achievement. It’s a testament to our shared effort and a tangible source of hope for those who might need it most.
