I'm Jasmine Vega — a passionate Real Estate Agent and the Senior Director of Housing at Father Bill's and MainSpring, with over 15 years of experience in housing and property management. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to serve in a dual role that allows me to combine policy and purpose. From overseeing contracts and compliance to walking alongside individuals in search of a safe place to call home, my journey has always been about more than housing — it’s about people.
Real estate and my leadership in housing are two sides of the same mission: to connect individuals and families with stable, affordable, and dignified homes. Whether I’m handing over keys as a Real Estate Agent or guiding large teams to implement housing programs, my work is rooted in compassion and service.
I lead a team of incredibly talented, mission-driven professionals who share one common goal: to end homelessness one person, one family at a time. My platform is simple — serve those who need a hand, speak for those who feel unseen, and build bridges to housing that heals.
