Leadership Legacy

Before becoming a full-time Real Estate Agent, I spent over a decade with Verizon Wireless, where I earned a reputation as a transformational leader. I served as District Manager for both Corporate and Indirect channels, overseeing 42 stores and leading strategic initiatives that drove performance, culture, and profitability.

Throughout my Verizon career, I received over 30 awards, including induction into the Verizon Wireless Hall of Fame. I became known for reconstructing underperforming stores and bringing them into the top 10% nationally, often within months.

My philosophy in business and in real estate is simple — act like an owner. I believe in coaching, debriefing, embracing change, and maintaining a mindset that never quits. These values are the foundation of my success in leadership, sales, and client relationships.

That same discipline, accountability, and drive now power every transaction I handle as a Real Estate Agent.
